The Texas Transportation Institute State Headquarters and Research Building consolidates the TTI Administration and provides additional space for the Institute’s growing research programs. The new building complements the existing adjacent TTI building, expanding TTI to almost 100,000 SF. The facility is Certified LEEDTM silver, utilizing combined strategies for energy efficiency, water efficiency, use of recycled and locally obtained materials, improved indoor environmental quality and site development.
